How do I create a support ticket?

To create a ticket, you have three options:

  1. You may complete the form on the intranet;
  2. You may send your request to the appropriate email address and a ticket will be created automatically for you;
  3. You may visit the ticketing system, Mojo Helpdesk, directly and click on the "new ticket" button in the top right corner. You will be notified by email when your ticket has been updated.
